The Process
We analyse your vehicle and can adjust the engine management programme, also known as the ECU (Engine Control Unit). This engine software is largely responsible for the behaviour of the 360HP engine and its fuel consumption. We can optimise the ECU for cars, vans, trucks and tractors.

The original engine produces approximately 360 HP and 1750 Nm. With Stage 1 tuning, the engine can reach approximately 400 HP and 2050 Nm, depending on the vehicle and calibration.
By optimising the torque curve, the 360HP engine can produce more torque at lower RPM. This can also allow earlier gear changes, helping the MAN engine operate at lower revs and potentially improving efficiency during normal driving.
