Engine Chiptuning for 2.0 TFSI 170hp
Volkswagen Tiguan 2007-2011 NZ 2.0 TFSI 170hp engine tuning and performance information.
Btperformance Chiptuning files specialise in Chiptuning petrol and diesel engines for improved performance and fuel efficiency. We have years of experience tuning Tiguan engines to optimise performance and efficiency.
The Process
We analyse your vehicle and can adjust the engine management programme, also known as the ECU (Engine Control Unit). This engine software is largely responsible for the behaviour of the 2.0 TFSI 170hp engine and its fuel consumption. We can optimise the ECU for cars, vans, trucks and tractors.
The 2.0 TFSI 170hp engine uses MED17.X CAN, MED17.5, MED17.5.2, OtherX. Our tuning approach is designed around the characteristics of the Volkswagen Tiguan 2007-2011 NZ platform and its original engine management system.
The Benefits
In the case of the 2.0 TFSI 170hp engine, our Chiptuning file is tailored for more power and torque, reduced fuel consumption, smoother acceleration and improved throttle response. The original engine produces approximately 170 HP and 280 Nm. With Stage 1 tuning, the engine can reach approximately 260 HP and 380 Nm, depending on the vehicle and calibration.
By optimising the torque curve, the 2.0 TFSI 170hp engine can produce more torque at lower RPM. This can also allow earlier gear changes, helping the Volkswagen engine operate at lower revs and potentially improving efficiency during normal driving.
Many engine Chiptuning companies around the world choose Btperformance Chiptuning files to tune their Volkswagen engines. Our 2.0 TFSI 170hp engine Chiptuning file is developed to provide strong performance and results while remaining within appropriate original safety margins.
