Engine Chiptuning for 2.0 TDI 170hp
Seat Altea FreeTrack 2007-2009 2.0 TDI 170hp engine tuning and performance information.
Btperformance Chiptuning files specialise in Chiptuning petrol and diesel engines for improved performance and fuel efficiency. We have years of experience tuning Altea FreeTrack engines to optimise performance and efficiency.
The Process
We analyse your vehicle and can adjust the engine management programme, also known as the ECU (Engine Control Unit). This engine software is largely responsible for the behaviour of the 2.0 TDI 170hp engine and its fuel consumption. We can optimise the ECU for cars, vans, trucks and tractors.
The 2.0 TDI 170hp engine uses PPD1.2, OtherX. Our tuning approach is designed around the characteristics of the Seat Altea FreeTrack 2007-2009 platform and its original engine management system.
The Benefits
In the case of the 2.0 TDI 170hp engine, our Chiptuning file is tailored for more power and torque, reduced fuel consumption, smoother acceleration and improved throttle response. The original engine produces approximately 170 HP and 350 Nm. With Stage 1 tuning, the engine can reach approximately 205 HP and 430 Nm, depending on the vehicle and calibration.
By optimising the torque curve, the 2.0 TDI 170hp engine can produce more torque at lower RPM. This can also allow earlier gear changes, helping the Seat engine operate at lower revs and potentially improving efficiency during normal driving.
Many engine Chiptuning companies around the world choose Btperformance Chiptuning files to tune their Seat engines. Our 2.0 TDI 170hp engine Chiptuning file is developed to provide strong performance and results while remaining within appropriate original safety margins.
